It was against the notice of appeal filed by the Respondents that the applicant brought this application to strike it out the Respondent’s Notice of Appeal for the Respondent’s failure to take essential steps in instituting the intended appeal. The Respondents, who were duly served, did not enter appearance. As a result, the applicant argues his application in their absence.
