The applicant unsuccessfully sued the Respondents in the
High Court contesting the legality of sale of the disputed property. The Court determined
the suit in favour of the 4th Respondent and declared to be the
rightful owner of the disputed property. Dissatisfied, the applicant lodged an
appeal and subsequently filed this application seeking stay of execution of the
decree of the High Court.
