The Court granted decree and interest to the Applicant, the
Decree Holder, against the Respondents. The Applicant applied for court
attachment of Respondents’ buses in vain. Aggrieved, he filed this Application
to execute his Court Decree by way of arrest and detention of Respondents’
Director as civil prisoner. The main issue before the Court was whether the
Respondents’ Director can be held civil prisoner.
