The Appellant is appealing against the decision of the High
Court of Tanzania which convicted, and sentenced him to imprisonment for twenty
years on an offence of attempted murder. The issue before the Court was whether
the Appellant’s acts manifested an intention to kill and whether witnesses in
the subordinate court were credible.
