The Plaintiff filed a summary suit in this Court against the
Defendants for defaulting repaying the loan. Since the institution of the suit
the Defendant did not seek leave to defend the suit. The advocate for the
Plaintiff contended that, the Defendants were served with the summons. The main
issue before the Court was whether or not the Defendants were properly served
with the summons as well as plaint.
