The Plaintiff instituted a Summary Suit against the
Defendants claiming for payment of USD 58,316.35 as demurrage charges on
supplied fuel to Defendants. The Court considered the issue as to whether or
not the Plaintiff incurred demurrage charges in respect of the transaction.
