The Appellant applied to transfer a matter from the Primary
Court to the District Court so that she could have legal representation. The
District Court of Kinondoni refused that application. Nevertheless, the same
court granted an injunction against the Appellant without there being a pending
suit to that effect and without hearing the parties. The Appellant’s
application for revision to the High court was unsuccessful. She further
appealed to the Court of Appeal.
