The Application was brought under the provisions of sections 11 (1) and 5(1) (c) of the Appellate Jurisdiction Act [Cap 141 R.E. 2002]. The applicant sought extension of time within which to give notice of appeal, extension of time within which to apply for an order granting leave to appeal and leave to appeal to the Court of Appeal.
