The parties had a dispute over the land where the Respondents claimed that the Appellant had trespassed into their plot of land situated at Bububu Kikaangoni in the Urban- West Region of Zanzibar. The judgment was in favour of the Respondents. The Appellant felt aggrieved by the decision of the High Court and appealed.
