At the first instance, the Respondent had unsuccessfully
lodged her complaints at the Mwanza Urban Primary Court at Nyamagana in regard
to divorce and custody of children. The trial court decided in favour of the
Respondent. The Appellant being dissatisfied by the said decision appealed to
the District Court of Nyamagana in Matrimonial Appeal No. 30 of 2019.
Dissatisfied the Appellant filed the instant appeal.
