This is an application for extension of time within which to
lodge an application for revision. The main concern in this matter is that, the
applicant complains to have not been part of the High Court case whose decision
affected her interest, and hence, condemned unheard. In the present application
the Court is only concerned with whether the applicant has showed good cause
for delay.
