This application for revision was called by the Court suo
motu as directed by the Hon. Acting Chief Justice, after receiving a
complaint letter from the 1st Respondent. Before the application was
called on for hearing, the applicants filed a notice of preliminary objection.
The ruling was delivered and the Court overruled the preliminary objection and
ordered the Revision proceedings to be set for hearing on a date to be fixed.
Two days before the hearing of that Review Application 1st Applicant
wrote a letter to the Registrar of the Court of Appeal seeking the panel in
this matter to recuse from the hearing the matter. The main issue before the
Court is whether or not the Applicant has raised sufficient reasons for
recusal.
