The Applicant filed a Notice of Motion to move the Court to
grant two orders, namely, one; Stay of execution of the judgment and decree of
the High Court, pending hearing and determination of an application for
extension of time and application for extension of time and application for
revision and two, immediate restoration of Government monies which has been
deposited with the Registrar of the High Court. The Court was called upon to
consider 5 points of objections raised by the 2nd Respondents.
