The trial Ward Tribunal entered a judgment for the Appellant and the District Land and Housing Tribunal reversed the Trial Ward Tribunal’s judgment for the disputed land against Mafuru Kiraka, the Respondent herein. In the High Court, it was argued for the Appellant that BAKWATA MUGANGO was not a registered entity and has no capacity to sue a person or entity. He further pointed out that a trust is not a legal entity.
