Following the death of Abubakar Bin Hassan, the Appellant petitioned for the grant of probate in the High Court of Tanzania, at Tanga. In November 2007, the Respondents, daughters of the deceased, successfully moved the High Court at Tanga, for the revocation of the Appellant’s grant of the probate and to provide for their own succession to the office as joint administrators of the deceased estate. The Appellant was dissatisfied by the decision of the High Court, hence this Appeal.
