The Respondent successfully sued the Applicant in the District Land and Housing Tribunal for Mara at Musoma for compensation of their customary land they have been using before it was acquired for building a new bus terminal at Musoma Town. Payments in favour of the Respondents were not made within the prescribed period as ordered by Tribunal and, therefore, the Applicant was issued with a notice to show cause why the decree as awarded by the Tribunal should not be executed against the Applicant. The Applicant filed an application for stay of execution which was dismissed by the Tribunal that made an order of attachment of the Applicant’s bank account by way of garnishee order nisi. The Applicant has filed the present application for revision. The Applicant also alleged that the Tribunal’s records are incorrect by recoding that there is pending appeal.
