The Appellant, dissatisfied by the decision of the District
Land and Housing Tribunal, appealed to High Court (Land Division). The main
ground of appeal was that the District Land and Housing Tribunal erred in
quashing the decision of the Ward Tribunal which had decided that the
Respondent was not time bad barred to claim the land since the same was made
before the expiry of twelve (12) years.
