This was a second appeal by the Appellant who was convicted
by the trial court and had his appeal dismissed by the High Court on his first
appeal. Aggrieved by the decision of the High Court the Appellant appealed to
the Court of Appeal challenging the decision of the High Court which found
nothing wrong with the many questions which the trial court asked and the
failure of the trial court to hold the case in camera.
