CIVIL APPEAL NO. 89 OF 2016

The 1^st Respondent successfully sued the Appellant and the 2^nd Respondent. The cause of action was based on an account of conspiracy, theft and conversion of the tires and tire tubes committed by the Appellant and the second Respondent. In the end, the 1^st Respondent was awarded Tshs. 89,160,000/= to be paid by the Appellant and the 2^nd Respondent. Further, the Appellant was ordered to pay the 1^st Respondent USD 2,195.25 and the costs of the suit be paid by the Appellant and the 2^nd Respondent. The Appellant was aggrieved by the said decision and thus preferred to appeal herein hence this appeal.
