The applicant herein being dissatisfied with the Judgment and Decree of the High Court of Tanzania at Dar es Salaam in respect of Civil Appeal No. 36 of 2010 lodged this Application seeking for orders of the Court on the extension of time to allow him to lodge the Notice of Intention to Appeal to the Court of Appeal out of time.
