The Appellant had sued both Defendants claiming to be paid Tshs. 80,000,000 being damages for defamation and 9% interest of damages and cost. Being aggrieved by the decision of the Resident Magistrate Court in Civil Case No. 34/2014, the Appellant decided to institute this appeal to challenge the same.
