The Appellant, Hamad Abdallah, lodged the appeal to challenge the decision of the Kinondoni District Court in respect of Matrimonial Cause No. 58 of 2014. The main issue for determination at was whether the subordinate court correctly determined the division of matrimonial assets and the custody of the children.
