The applicant sought the indulgence of the court for enlargement of time within which, she could lodge a notice of appeal and application for leave to appeal against the decision of the High Court in Civil Appeal No. 48 of. The basis of the application was twofold namely, first, unawareness of the applicant to the existence of the decision intended to be impugned. Secondly, illegality of the decision sought to be challenged on appeal.
